Owner's Representatives

DEVELOPING INNOVATIVE STRATEGIES
ACHIEVING GROWTH
Today more than ever, companies are looking for ways to deliver their projects efficiently and effectively keeping them on time and on budget. An Owner’s Representative becomes an extension of your organization acting in your best interest by providing oversight from the initial concept through the close-out process.
There are two questions that should be asked when deciding whether or not to hire an owner’s representative:
-
Does anyone internal to their business have the time, experience and knowledge to manage their project successfully without sacrificing other responsibilities?
-
Does anyone in the organization produce or manage building projects on a regular basis?
An Owner’s Representative is hired by an owner or developer that may not be well versed in the construction process or is too busy to manage a project from start to finish. The Owner’s Representative becomes the eyes and ears of the owner making sure that the decisions are being made in the best interest of the owner. The owner is paying for the experience and expertise in all aspects of the construction process, assuring that the project meets the expectations and goals set forth at the beginning of the project. The Owner’s Representative is hired to manage all aspects of a construction process so that an owner does not get caught up in the daily grind of the construction and can continue to concentrate on their core business.
DK&L has a team with years of construction experience and the expertise that will keep you informed and communicate through every step of the construction process. Our core business is construction so we will successfully guide you through every phase of your project.
